Basic Information:
  • The National Honor Society (NHS) is an American organization for high school students that recognizes those who excel in the four pillars of scholarship, service, leadership, and character. Established in 1921 by the National Association of Secondary School Principals (NASSP), NHS aims to promote these values, provide opportunities for student leaders to develop their skills, and offer scholarships and other resources for members.

The main emphasis of NHS is giving back to the school and community through servant leadership. NHS Members are held to the highest standard on campus, and must reflect the values of Leadership, Scholarship, Character, and Service.
