At the page program we explored the various NC departments and agencies and how they work. Additionally, we met various government official as they explained the vitality of their work.

This picture was on the last day of my internship where I joined alongside this firms community project in planning my role in this event. We discussed how I would be able to translate and help spanish-speaking clients go through intake forms.

At the event, I primarily assisted in the facilitation of a Legal Naturalization Clinic for current U.S. permanent residents seeking to apply for naturalization. I personally helped a total of five people in this event due to the lengthy forms we filled out together. I included a picture of one of the appointments I helped take at this event.

I believe I did help part of my target group. The group I helped were already current residents, the bigger group I aimed for those individuals who were yet to receive any legal status. After each of these appointments the people were able to gain further knowledge if they were able to apply for naturalization and become a U.S. Citizen, the simple fact of being informed was helpful to them. I lastly added a picture of the legal team who aided in this entire program.
