    SUMMARY
    Reflection
    When working on this project, I gained useful experience and learned some valuable lessons. For example, I met and collaborated with a lot of people from my community, who helped me to collect books and install book shelves. This strengthened my bonds with community and helped me to make connections. Additionally, my neighbours taught me a lot of lessons, especially regarding logistics and time management, which helped me to complete the project.
    Project Impact
    Books is the valuable resource of knowledge. However, some people have limited access to it. By creating Free Little Libraries in my neighbourhood, I have community members the access to books and knowledge. There are around 150 people, who live in my neighbourhood, and around half of them participated in my project, and helped me with it. Also, a lot of them donated books, that can be used by other people. The impact of the project is long lasting. If at least half of the community members would donate and take the books, the Free Little Libraries would be running for years.

    The program provided a comprehensive educational experience, including tours of key government buildings and historical landmarks. Additionally, engaging in the development of a policy proposal in collaboration policy officials from various departments of the state government.

    4.00 hours leading an initiative | Connectedness
    I, with the help of my community, try to create Free Little Libraries. First, I collect the books from my neighbours and other members of my neighbourhood. Then, I put the shelves with the books in the multiple locations, as shown on the map. Finally, I let everyone know that they can get the book for free, or donate their books, using the shelves. This project is designed to encourage the love of reading and foster community connections.

    5.00 hours leading an initiative | Connectedness
    The next step in my project, was creating book shelves and distributing them around the neighbourhood. I found some metal shelves in my garage, and with the help of the community members, I installed the shelves. Then, I brought and put books on the shelves, that were previously collected from my neighbours. As a result, we have installed 5 book shelves, each containing around 10 books. This project would help people to expand their knowledge, provide them with studying material and help to strengthen community bonds.

    Creating Free Little Libraries significantly improved my community. Now, people have access to books, which are completely free. Additionally, everyone who is willing to donate a book, can do so. This library created a nice and understanding environment in my neighbourhood and fostered community connections. The impact of the project is long lasting, because people would keep taking and donating books.
