SUMMARY
Reflection
I know that I was able to reach my targeted group with the help of volunteers. I surpassed my original goal. I received enough donations to fill a truck bed. My volunteers were extremely beneficial with sorting and deciding what we could donate.
Project Impact
Thanks to everyone’s thoughtful donations we filled a truck bed! We provided women and children in abusive houses with toiletries, blankets, clothes, and so much more! I want to thank everyone who participated!

This was an event that allowed me to meet leaders and to learn how my state runs. It also allowed me to voice my opinion to make change.
Project Planning
4.00 hours leading an initiative | Compassion
I will host a donation drop off site at my school for domestic violence victims. It will happen within 2 months. I have a location approved with parking. Tables and chairs are provided at the school. I need at least 1 but no more than 4 volunteers. I made a google form to get volunteers. I have sent the information to my principal to send to parents. The only safety concern is making sure everything is not used for donations. I will combat this by having volunteers check everything before I take it to the center.

I got volunteers to join me in sorting and selecting what we could bring to the shelter. I filled a whole truck bed with donations from my community.

I was definitely successful in completing my goals. I raised more than I had even hoped for. I was able to help my target group. I can tell that I made progress and an impact by looking at how my community came together to help a project grow. I know that the shelter will help many women and children.
